1970–71 IHL season
The 1970/71 season was the 26th regular season of the International Hockey League. During the regular season, seven teams denied each of 72 games. In the play-offs, the Port Huron Flags prevailed and won the second Turner Cup in their history.

Semifinal
In the semifinals, the Port Huron Flags, Des Moines Oak Leafs and Dayton Gems clashed, with Des Moines and Dayton three games contested, while Port Huron only two games played. For the finale finally qualified Port Huron and Des Moines.
