1970–71 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup
The 13th and last Inter-Cities Fairs Cup was played in the 1970/71 season. The winner Leeds United won against Juventus only due to the away goals rule in the discharged in home -and-away finals. After this season the Fairs Cup was replaced by the UEFA Cup. Scorer Pietro Anastasi Juventus with ten goals.

First leg
The original first leg on 26 May 1971, discontinued after 51 minutes of play due to not fit for the place. On the same day died the Juventus coach, Armando Picchi, from cancer.
