1971 Asian Champion Club Tournament
The fourth playout of the Asian Champion Club Tournament ( engl.: Asia Champions Cup ) took place from 21 March to 2 April 1971 in Bangkok ( Thailand) instead. Eight national champions were invited from eight Asian countries. The competition was won for the second time by the Israeli club Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Mode
The eight participants first played in a placement round, which determined the two groups of four. Each group contained two winners and losers. After that qualified the first two teams from each group for the semi-finals. The group winners from the group a hit against the runners-up from the other group in a game. The championship was also decided in a game.

The final to be held in Bangkok ( Thailand) on 2 April 1971 but Al- Shourta refused to compete against Israelis.
