1973–74 Polska Liga Hokejowa season

The 1973/74 season was the 39th season of the Polish Hockey League, the highest Polish Ice Hockey league. Champion for the sixth time overall in club history Podhale Nowy Targ. GKS Tychy and KTH Krynica descended into the 2nd league.

Mode

In the main round each of the ten teams played a total of 36 games. The winner of the main round was champion. The two last placed the main round rose from the 2nd league. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
