1974–75 CHL season

The season 1974/75 was the twelfth regular season of the Central Hockey League. The eight teams completed in the regular season per 78 encounters. The Central Hockey League was played in two divisions. The point of best team in the regular season were the Salt Lake Golden Eagles, which also prevailed in the finals at the Adams Cup.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the start of the season:

  • The Albuquerque Six Guns stopped the game operation.
  • The Fort Worth Wings changed their name to Fort Worth Texans.
  • The Denver Spurs from the Western Hockey League were included as an expansion team in the league.
  • The Salt Lake Golden Eagles of the Western Hockey League were included as an expansion team in the league.
  • The Seattle Totems were added as an expansion team in the league.
