1974–75 Southern Hockey League season

The season 1974/75 was the second regular season of the Southern Hockey League. During the regular season, five teams denied each of 72 games. In the play-offs, the Charlotte Checkers prevailed and won the first SHL title in their history.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the start of the season:

  • The Macon Whoopees stopped the game operation.
  • The Hampton Gulls were added as an expansion team in the league.
