1975–76 DDR-Oberliga (ice hockey) season

In the GDR 's Ice Hockey Championship 1975/76 ten years instead of the previous six games between the two clubs from Dynamo white water and Berlin were recognized in the big leagues. On the penultimate day the decision, when the Berlin coincided with their first away win twice registered a double -point win in a row. A convincing victory in front of their home crowd on the last day finally brought the Brussels residents the first title in eight years.

In the best determination introduced only last year relegation between the two groups was abolished. From then on the B- group winners went straight on in the A group, whose last place had to take in return the free space in the B group. During the Crimmitschauer defending exactly this fate befell the BSG monsator Berlin was able to win its first overall victory.
