1976–77 CHL season
The 1976/77 season was the 14th regular season of the Central Hockey League. The six teams completed in the regular season each 76 encounters. The Central Hockey League was played in a division. The point of best team in the regular season were the Kansas City Blues, which also prevailed in the finals at the Adams Cup.
Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Tucson Mavericks stopped the game operation.
- The Kansas City Blues took after four years of inactivity on the game mode again.
