1977–78 Divizia A
The Divizia A 1977/78 was the 40th season in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 21, 1977 and ended on 15 June 1978. From early December to late February rested the game operation ( winter break ). Master Steaua Bucharest was by goal difference ahead of FC Arges Pitesti.
Regulate
The Divizia A played with 18 teams. The three last-place teams were relegated in the Divizia B. For a victory, there were two points for a draw and one point for a loss no points.
