1978–79 Divizia A

The Divizia A 1978/79 was the 41st time in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 24, 1978 and ended on 24 June 1979. From mid-December to early March rested the game operation ( winter break ). FC Arges Pitesti champion.
