1978 World Rally Championship season
The World Rally Championship in 1978 was the sixth of the Fédération Internationale de l' Automobile ( FIA) World Rally Championship organized. It was held in the period from January 21 to 23 November in eleven championship rounds. Fiat was able to win the constructors' title. A rider world champion has not been determined.
