1980 Copa Libertadores
The Copa Libertadores 1980 was the 21st edition of the most important South American football competition for club teams. 21 teams took part. It took the national champions of CONMEBOL countries and the second part respectively. The participants completed titleholder Club Olimpia. The tournament began on February 16 and ended on August 6, 1980 with the final second leg. The Uruguayan representative Nacional Montevideo won the final against SC Internacional and won for the second time the Copa Libertadores.
