1982–83 Divizia A
The Divizia A 1982/83 was the 45th time in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 7, 1982 and ended on July 2, 1983. From late November to mid-February rested the game operation ( winter break ). Master was again Dinamo Bucharest.

The Divizia A played with 18 teams. The three last-place teams were relegated in the Divizia B. For a victory, there were two points for a draw and one point for a loss no points.
