1982 IAAF World Cross Country Championships
The 10th IAAF World Cross Country Championships were held at the IAAF Ippodromo Capannelle in Rome ( Italy) on 21 March 1982.
The men started over a distance of 11.978 kilometers, the women over 4.663 km and 7.926 km over the juniors.
