1986 IAAF World Cross Country Championships

The 14th IAAF World Cross Country Championships were held at the IAAF Planeyse Plateau in Colombier NE ( Switzerland ) on 23 March 1986.

The men started over a distance of 12 km, the women over 4.65 km and 7.75 km over the juniors.
