Season

Lillestrøm SK was the fourth time Norwegian champion.

By the end of the first round, there was a balanced competition. At this time were the first eight teams separated by just four points. With six wins in a row sat down after Lillestrøm to the top with three points. This they held; after the third last game they had then four points and ten goals ahead, so it was only theoretically possible actually that Mjøndalen IF could displace them.
