The 100th Wimbledon Championships took place from June 23 to July 6, 1986 in London, United Kingdom. Was hosted by the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

As in the previous year were the winners in the individual competitions Boris Becker and Martina Navratilova in the men with the ladies.

Navratilova won for the fifth time in a row the women's singles and brought to a total of six times the doubles title - this time on the side of Pam Shriver.
