1987 World Weightlifting Championships

The first World Weightlifting Championships Women found from October 30 to November 1, 1987 in the U.S. city of Daytona Beach instead, during the 61st World Weightlifting Championships Men from 6 to 13 September 1987 in the Czechoslovak city of Ostrava were discharged. At the of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF ) organized in a duel ( tearing and piercing ) competitions took 100 weightlifters from 22 nations and 168 weightlifters from 29 nations participate.
