1988 Melanesia Cup

The Melanesia Cup 1988 was the first playout of the tournament for the national football teams of Melanesia and found in October 1988 with four teams in the Solomon instead. It was played in a single League Round FFA. The First and Second Place played for the title, the third and fourth to third place

Fiji won the premiere of the Melanesia Cup.
