1991–92 Copa del Rey
The Copa del Rey 1991/92 was the 88th edition of the Spanish Football Cup Copa del Rey.
The competition started on 21 August 1991 and ended with the final on 27 June 1992 at the Estadio Santiago Bernabéu ( Madrid). Defender of the cup competition was Atlético Madrid. The title was won again Atlético Madrid with a 2-0 victory in the final against city rivals Real Madrid. Atlético Thus qualified for the European Cup Winners' Cup 1992 /93.
First Main Round
The first legs were played the return legs on 25 and 26 August 1991 on 21 August.
- Juventud Cambados, CD Praviano, Gimnástica de Torrelavega, CD Banyoles, UD Alzira, CD Móstoles, CA Marbella and UD Socuéllamos received a bye.
Second Main Round
The first legs were played the return matches on 5 and September 12, 1991 on August 29.
- AD Sabiñánigo, gimnástico Alcázar and UD Levante received a bye.
Third main round
The first legs were between 11 and 19 September, discharged the return matches between the 17th and 26th September 1991.
Fourth Main Round
The first legs were, the return games played between 9 and 16 October on 16 and 30 October 1991.
- Sevilla FC received a bye.
Fifth Main Round
The first legs were, the return games played on November 20, December 4, 1991.
Second round
The first legs were, the return games played on January 8 and 9, on 22 January 1992.
Quarterfinals
The first legs were, the return games played on February 5 and 6, on 25 and 26 February 1992.
