The Federation Cup 1991 ( from 1995 Fed Cup ) was the 29th edition of the tennis tournament of national teams of women. It was played from July 18 to 28 in Nattingham Tennis Centre in Nottingham, United Kingdom. In the final, the teams from the United States and Spain were offset by which Spain won 2-1.
