1992–93 IHL season
The 1992/93 season was the 48th regular season of the International Hockey League. During the regular season, the twelve teams contested 82 games each. In the play-offs, the Fort Wayne Komets prevailed and won the fourth Turner Cup in their history.

Team changes
The following changes were made before the start of the season:
- The Atlanta Knights were added as an expansion team in the league.
- The Cincinnati Cyclones of the East Coast Hockey League were included as an expansion team in the league.
- The Muskegon Lumberjacks have been to Cleveland, Ohio, moved and changed their name to Cleveland Lumberjacks.
