1992 Arab Nations Cup

In 1992, the Arab Nations Cup was played for the sixth time. This contest was held in Syria. The teams played in a league system in two groups against each other. The venues were Aleppo and Damascus. The best group moved into the all-in - round. Egypt went to his Olympic team and won the tournament for the first time. The tournament was officially recognized as part of the Pan Arab Games in 1992 in Syria. Record holder Iraq was not invited because of the second Gulf War.
