A World Championship
The A- World Junior Championship was held in Germany on December 26, 1991 to January 4, 1992. The games were held towns feet and Kaufbeuren in the Bavarian cities.
A total of eight teams at the A- tournament, including from 1 January 1992, the CIS team represented the politically defunct USSR from that date. In the tournament was the team whose squad players from Latvia and Lithuania included and thus was almost identical with the former Soviet selection, started under the name and the flag of the USSR. However, it took his ninth world title. The team from Switzerland rose from the B group.
