1993–94 DFB-Pokal

DFB Cup winner 1994, Werder Bremen. In the final at the Olympiastadion Berlin Werder Bremen won on May 14, 1994 3-1 against the second division relegated Rot-Weiss Essen. It was Bremen's third title. Defending champion Bayer 04 Leverkusen was eliminated in the quarter- finals on penalties against Dynamo Dresden.

In Europe Cup Winners' Cup Werder difference in his last appearance as early as the second round against the Dutch Cup winners Feyenoord Rotterdam.
