1993–94 IHL season

The 1993/94 season was the 49th regular season of the International Hockey League. During the regular season, the 13 regular IHL teams denied each of 81 games, while the Russian visitors, Russian Penguins played against each other team once. In the play-offs, the Atlanta Knights prevailed and won the first Turner Cup in their history.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the start of the season:

  • The Las Vegas Thunder were added as an expansion team in the league.
  • The Russian Penguins, one consisting only of Russian hockey players team took when visiting team once in the IHL in part and denied a total of 13 season games.
