1993 Copa Libertadores

The Copa Libertadores 1993 was the 34th edition of the most important South American football competition for club teams. 21 teams took part. It took the national champions of CONMEBOL countries and the second part respectively. The field was completed by defending champion Sao Paulo. The tournament began on February 5 and ended on 26 May 1993 with the final second leg. The Brazilian representatives Sao Paulo won the final against CD Universidad Católica and for the second time in a row the Copa Libertadores.
