1993 Veikkausliiga
The First Division in 1993 was the fourth season of the First Division, the highest Finnish league for football the men.
The 1991 first-class gambling FC Jazz Pori made it for the first time to win the Finnish Championship. The club from Satakunta had at the end of the championship round four points clear of Myllykosken Pallo -47.

Championship round
The top eight teams in the Main Round played again once each against each other. FC Jazz Pori was able to maintain the lead and became Finnish football champions in 1993.

Relegation round
The last four of the main round play in the relegation round with four clubs from the second division. Since the season 1994, the First Division should start with 14 instead of 12 teams qualified to the first six of the relegation round of the 1994 First Division season.

- Master Helsingin JK ( UEFA Champions League 1993/94 ) Preliminary round: 1:1 and 1:0 against FC Norma Tallinn Estonia
- Round 1: 0:3 and 0:3 against Belgium RSC Anderlecht
- Runner Kuusysi Lahti ( UEFA Cup 1993/94 ) Round 1: 4-0 and 2-1 against KSV Waregem Belgium
- 2nd round: 1:4 and 1:3 against Denmark Brøndby IF
- Cup Winners Myllykosken Pallo -47 ( Europe Cup Winners' Cup 1993/94 ) Round 1: 1:3 and 0:1 against Valur Reykjavík Iceland
