1994–95 Divizia A

The Divizia A 1994/95 was the 57th season in the history of Romanian football league Divizia A. It began on August 20, 1994 and ended on 17 June 1995. From mid-December to early March rested the game operation ( winter break ). This season, the first time three points were awarded for a win. Champion for the third time in a row Steaua Bucharest.

Regulate

The Divizia A played with 18 teams. The two last- placed teams were relegated in the Divizia B, while the teams ranked 15 and 16 denied a qualification game against the two runners-up Divizia B. For a win it was the first time this season, three points for a draw and one point for a loss no points. If two or more teams finish the season were tied, decided not goal difference, but a direct comparison.

Results

1 Progresul Bucharest changed its name to FC Naţional Bucharest.
