The Toray Pan Pacific Open 1994, a WTA tennis hall carpet square competition for women in Tokyo. It was a tournament of the Tier I category of the WTA Tour in 1994 and was held from 1 to 6 February 1994.

In individual Steffi Graf defeated Martina Navratilova 6-2, 6-4. In doubles, the pair Pam Shriver / Elizabeth Smylie won with 6:3, 3:6 and 7:6 against Manon Bolle Graf / Martina Navratilova.
