1995–96 Meistriliiga (ice hockey) season
The 1995/96 season was the sixth season of the Meistriliiga, the highest Estonian Hockey League. Master was Kreenholm Narva.
Mode
In the main round each of the five teams played a total of 20 games. The winner of the main round was champion. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.

The team of Linnameeskond Tartu had initially reported for the operation of gambling, but did not on this.
