1995 South American Women's Football Championship

The second Sudamericano Femenino (South American Women's Football Championship) was held in the period from 8 to January 22, 1995 in Brazil. It was played in Uberlândia ( Minas Gerais ). For Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador were the first games of their women 's national teams and Ecuador ended the first game with the worst defeat to date. The 12:0 for Argentina against Bolivia, however, is to date the largest margin of victory for Argentina, Bolivia, while the 0:15 is their heaviest defeat of the Bolivian team while the highest home win a South American team in the final group game against Brazil. The winner was Brazil, as in the first Sudamericano Femenino (1991).

Mode

Each of the five participants played once against every other team. The two top-ranked teams denied after the final. The winner qualified for the FIFA Women's World Cup 1995.
