1997–98 Scottish League Cup

The Scottish League Cup was played for the 52nd time 1997/1998. The Scottish League Cup, began on August 2, 1997 and ended with the finale in November of the same year. At the competition the clubs in the Scottish Football League and Scottish Premier League participated. If a duel is not decided after 90 minutes plus extension, it came to the penalty shootout. The title was won in the final against Celtic FC Dundee United.
