1998–99 Coppa Italia

The Coppa Italia 1998/99, the football cup competition for club teams in Italy of the 1998/99 season, won the AC Parma. Parma met in the final at Fiorentina and could win the Coppa Italia for the second time after 1992. With 1:1 and 2:2, the AC Parma sat against Fiorentina by using the away goals rule. It was the successor of Lazio, which was eliminated in the quarter- final against Inter Milan.

As an Italian Cup Winners 1998/99 qualified AC Parma for the UEFA Cup the following year. Since both Parma and the defeated Cup finalist from Florence for the UEFA Champions League had 1999/2000 qualified, moved the table Ninth Serie A 1998/99 of Bologna FC in the UEFA Cup after.
