1998 Melanesia Cup

The Melanesia Cup 1998 was the sixth regular playout of the tournament for the national football teams of Melanesia and took place on Espiritu Santo Vanuatu in September 1998. He also served as a qualification for the football Melanesia Ozeanienmeisterschaft 1998. Played in a simple League Round FFA.

Fiji and Vanuatu qualified as best-placed of the Melanesia Cup for Ozeanienmeisterschaft 1998.
