1999–2000 Coppa Italia
The Coppa Italia 1999/2000, the football cup competition for club teams in Italy of the 1999/2000 season, Lazio won. The Laziali met in the final to Inter Milan and could win the Coppa Italia for the third time after 1958 and 1998. With 2:1 and 0:0 to Lazio won against Inter. It was the successor to the AC Parma, which was eliminated in the second round against Cagliari Calcio.
As an Italian Cup Winners 1999/2000 to Lazio qualified for the UEFA Cup the following year. However, Lazio won the national cup next to the Italian Championship 1999/2000 and thus was the UEFA Champions League 1999/2000 qualified. Since Lazio's final opponents Inter Milan competed in the UEFA Champions League the following year, moved the table seventh in Serie A 1999/2000, Fiorentina in the UEFA Cup after.
