1999–2000 Kazakhstan Hockey Championship

The 1999/2000 season was the eighth season of the Kazakh hockey professional league. It was attended by nine clubs in the competition. The title of the Kazakh champion secured for the seventh time total Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk.

The series champion in 1993-1998 returned after a year's absence back in the Kazakh Cup, which was able to record a new record with a total of nine teams.

Mode

In the preliminary round, the participants should play a triple round so that each team would come up with the number of 21 games. The three teams with the most points qualified for the final round.

Championship History

Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk played during the season - with both the first and second team - in parallel in the third-rate Russian Perwaja league. In addition, Torpedo Ust- Kamenogorsk participated in 1999 at the IIHF Continental Cup.

Preliminary round
