2000 Melanesia Cup

The Melanesia Cup 2000 was the seventh and last regular playout of the tournament for the national football teams of Melanesia and was held in Suva, the capital of Fiji in April 2000. He also served as a qualification of Melanesia for the football Ozeanienmeisterschaft 2000. Played in a simple League Round FFA.

Fiji and the Solomon Islands have qualified as best-placed of the Melanesia Cup for Ozeanienmeisterschaft 2000. Fiji but was later excluded due to the political upheaval in the country and replaced by the third- placed Vanuatu.
