2001 European Athletics Junior Championships

The 16th European Athletics Junior Championships for athletes aged under 20 (in short: U20) found from 19 to 22 July 2001 at the Stadio Carlo Zecchini, Grosseto ( Italy).

Participant

It had come from 41 countries, 900 athletes. The DLV had nominated 62 athletes (32 female and 30 male ). From the Austrian Athletics Federation eleven and by the Swiss Association of Athletics Federations ten contestants had been dispatched.
