2002–03 Bosnia and Herzegovina Hockey League season

The 2002/03 season was the first season of Bosnia and Herzegovina Hockey League, the highest Bosnia and Herzegovina Hockey League. Champion for the first time in club history at all of the HK Bosna from Sarajevo.

Mode

In the main round each of the four teams completed a total of 16 games. The top two finishers of the main round qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
