2002–03 Icelandic Hockey League season

The 2002/03 season was the twelfth season of the Icelandic Hockey League, the highest Icelandic Hockey League. Master became the total tenth time in the club's history Skautafélag Akureyrar.

Mode

In the main round of the three teams completed twelve games. The top two teams qualified for the championship final. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
