2002–03 Polska Liga Hokejowa season

The 2002/03 season was the 68th season of the Polish Hockey League, the highest Polish Ice Hockey league. Champion for the seventh time total in club history Unia Oświęcim.

Mode

In the main round, eight teams completed a total of 42 games. The top four teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime two points, a draw and one defeat after overtime there was a point and a defeat after regular time zero points.
