2002–03 QSPHL season

The 2002/03 season was the seventh regular season of Ligue de hockey semi- professionnelle du Québec ( LHSPQ ). The 15 teams should complete in the regular season of 52 matches, but the game plan had to be changed due to the premature, financially -related, leaving the Rapides de LaSalle. The point of best team in the regular season were the Prolab de Thetford Mines, while the Chiefs de Laval for the second time, the Futura Coupe won in the play- offs.

Team changes

The following changes were made before the start of the season:

  • The Mission de Joliette been to Saint -Jean -sur -Richelieu, Quebec, moved and changed their name to Mission de Saint -Jean.
  • The Condors de Jonquière were after Saguenay, Quebec, relocated and changed their name to Paramédic du Saguenay
  • The Dubé d' Asbestos returned to their original name Aztèques d' Asbestos.
  • The flash de Granby changed their name to prédateurs de Granby.
