2002–03 Thai League

The 2002/ 03 Premier League Thailand was officially called GSM Thai League, and was played between ten teams. Master was the Krung Thai, which have won their first league title since 1989. The only intermediate, the Bangkok Christian College went straight off again and was able to record only two victories for itself.

Queens Cup

FC Osotspa M -150 won for the second consecutive year, the Queen's Cup. In the final, they sat down 1-0 against FC TOT.

Continental competitions

In the newly formed AFC Champions League, an amalgamation of Asian Champions Cup, Asian Cup Winner 's Cup and Asian Super Cup, there was a surprise. The champion of last year, BEC Tero Sasana, marched to the finals and had to admit defeat as only Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates. It was the first time after 1995, the one Thai club was able to reach the final of the Asian Champions League. On the way to the finals were defeated, among others, the Kashima Antlers of Japan.
