The Memorial Cup 2002 was the 84th edition of the tournament the same name. Participating teams were the champions of their respective leagues, the Erie Otters (Ontario Hockey League), the Victoriaville Tigres (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), the Kootenay Ice ( Western Hockey League) and the automatically qualified as host Guelph Storm of the Ontario Hockey League. The tournament took place from 18 May 26 in Guelph, Ontario instead.

The Kootenay Ice won by a final victory against the Victoriaville Tigres their first Memorial Cup.
