2003–04 Slovenian Hockey League season
The 2003/04 season was the 13th season of the Slovenian Hockey League, the highest Slovenian Hockey League. Master became the total tenth time in the club's history of HDD Olimpija Ljubljana.

Mode
The seven teams were divided into the main round in two groups. All three teams in Group I and Group II first qualified for the final round, the top two teams in the playoff finals were playing for the championship, while the other two teams in the final round played for 3rd place. The remaining three teams played in home and away leg against each other to place 5th According to their main placement round the teams were in the second season phase bonus points. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
