The Super League 2003 was the 12th season of the highest Kazakh league for football the men.

The Super League was expanded to 17 teams. The best clubs in the second division Ordabassy Shymkent, Schetissu Taldyqorghan, FK Taraz, Uralsk Ekibastusez Ekibastus and Baty have risen. As defending champion Irtysh Pavlodar went into the season.
