The Memorial Cup 2003 was the 85th edition of the tournament the same name. Participating teams were the champions of their respective leagues, the Kitchener Rangers (Ontario Hockey League), the Hull Olympiques (Quebec Major Junior Hockey League), the Kelowna Rockets ( Western Hockey League) and the automatically qualified as host Quebec Remparts of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The tournament took place from 17 to 25 May at the Colisee Pepsi in Quebec City, Quebec instead.
The Kitchener Rangers won by a final victory against the Hull Olympiques after 1982 their second Memorial Cup.
