The Open Gaz de France in 2003 was a WTA tennis hall carpet square competition for women in Paris. It was a tournament of the Tier II category of the WTA Tour in 2003 and was held from 1 to 9 February 2003.
In single Serena Williams won against Amélie Mauresmo 6-3, 6-2. In the doubles pairing Barbara Schett / Patty Schnyder won with 2:6, 6:2 and 7:65 against Marion Bartoli / Stephanie Cohen- Aloro.
