2004–05 OHL season
The OHL 2004/05 season was the 25th season of the Ontario Hockey League. The regular season began on September 14, 2004 and ended on 20 March 2005. Playoffs started on 24 March 2005 and ended with the first J. Ross Robertson Cup winning the London Knights 14 May 2005, located in the OHL final against the Ottawa 67 's interspersed.
During the regular season, the London Knights presented with 31 consecutive games without defeat both a new Ontario Hockey League, as well as a new Canadian Hockey League record. The previous record was held by OHL Kitchener Rangers since the 1983/84 and was 26 games; the CHL record was 1978/79 of the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League and was 29 games.
